Called DGM locksmiths as I had lost the key to a door in my house and was unable to get in! Gabriel came out within 10 mins! We had Gabriel to change some locks when we first moved in, his service and his friendly and professional attitude is amazing. Then we called him again for my father in law’s house as he had to change his lock urgently, and Gabriel came within 1 hour! Again, it was done with no delay at all. We just contacted him last night wondering he could pop in today to upgrade our locks, he quickly replied and came to us on time. It was again, definitely a joy to have him working around the house and of course did a brilliant job, did not charge any extra for one of the messy doors, it took a while to get that done. More than that, he cleaned and tidied all our doors, no mark or dirts left anywhere. And not just changing locks, he has given us some very useful advice. Thank you very much. I cannot recommend DGM Locksmiths highly enough! After finding myself locked out of my house they turned up within half an hour, got into my house with the greatest care, presented me various different new lock options and explained the benefits of all well without any pressure to go for a more expensive option. They were so polite, knowledgeable and respectful and checked everything was working and my home was secure before leaving. If I find myself in the same position I will 100% be giving DGM a call, they made what should be a very stressful situation painless.
