Excellent service from DGM Locksmiths. I had a seized and stripped lock screw that I couldn’t remove myself. He came out quickly, sorted the issue within minutes, fitted my new anti-snap lock properly, and even corrected an issue with the screw supplied with the lock at no extra charge. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and much more reasonably priced than other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend.

What is a 3-star lock?
A 3-star cylinder is certified to the British TS007 standard and is tested to resist attack on its own, without needing extra security handles.
Which is better, Yale or Ultion?
Both are excellent. The Ultion 3-Star Plus is Sold Secure Diamond approved with extra features like Lockdown Mode, while the Yale Platinum 3-Star offers great 3-star protection. We’ll recommend the best fit for your door.
Can you fit a high-security lock to my existing door?
Usually, yes. Most uPVC and composite doors take a euro cylinder that can be upgraded. We’ll check the size and compatibility first.
Can my keys be copied?
High-security keys use restricted profiles that can’t be copied on ordinary key-cutting machines, giving you more control over who has keys.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There’s no call-out fee and you’ll get a fixed price before any work begins.
